Online banking account deletion
If you have a login with us and no longer need access to online banking, you can request that your login be deleted by calling (970) 325-4478.
After deletion is completed WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESTORE OR UNDO ANY CHANGES.
The following data may be affected.
- Payments initiated under the login.
- Alerts, notifications, and other user settings under the login.
- The user will not be able to login to the app or online banking website.
- User accounts with the bank will not be affected, by a request to delete your online banking access.
- Submitting a request will not remove the application from your mobile device if it was installed previously.
