Online Banking Funds Availability Policy
Your ability to transfer funds between certain accounts is limited by federal law and your Deposit Agreement. You should refer to the Deposit Agreement for legal restrictions and service charges applicable for excessive withdrawals or transfers. Transfers made using internet banking are counted against the permissible number of transfers described in the Deposit Agreement.
There may be a delay in transferring funds between your accounts. Mobile check deposits and interbank transfers will be completed by 5 p.m. MST that business day. Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

Internet Safety Tips:
Citizens State Bank will never ask you to update any personal information through online banking. However, you are required to update your PIN and password every 90 days. Be sure that your security key appears on your login page BEFORE you enter your PIN and password.
If a pop-up page appears while you are using online banking, DO NOT enter any personal information, even if the pop-up appears to be from our site. This may be a “phishing” site.
Phishing:
Emails claiming to be from a legitimate financial institution asking you to submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information, including, but not limited to, answers to security questions, PINs, and account numbers, may be phishing.
We advise everyone who uses Microsoft Windows to set their computers to automatically install all updates.
