Customer Service Representative - Mountain Village, CO

Overview:

Join our team at Citizens State Bank and be part of a community-focused, employee-owned company. As a Customer Service Representative at our Mountain Village branch, you'll be the face of the bank, engaging directly with the community we serve. This role involves handling day-to-day banking transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and supporting their use of digital banking platforms. We offer a dynamic work environment where integrity, resilience, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Qualifications:

  • Previous banking experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Unquestionable integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Resilient and positive attitude, capable of assertiveness and maintaining composure under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Sell banking products like cashier’s checks and safety deposit boxes.
  • Provide information and answer customer queries both in person and over the phone.
  • Promote and assist customers with online and mobile banking.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and adaptation to meet the needs of our community.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary ranges between $20 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Additional benefits available.
