Meet our leadership team
President and CEO
President and CEO Brenda Fox is responsible for the oversight of all five branches of the bank. Brenda also serves as a director for CSB and CSBO Holdings, Inc. She graduated from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in 2003. With a career at CSB spanning more than 27 years, Brenda believes in the community bank model and enjoys being able to help the communities that the bank serves. When not at the bank, she likes to spend time with her family and friends.
Chief Lending Officer
Chief Lending Officer Jessica Frigetto maintains the bank’s loan portfolio. She graduated from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking in 2013. Jessica has been advancing at the bank since she was 16 years old and is enthusiastic about leading and directing the overall loan portfolio. She is also actively involved in the local 4-H program as an organizational leader, and helps her club facilitate many community service projects throughout the year. When not at the bank, Jessica enjoys quality time with her family and their ranching and farming lifestyle.
Chief Financial Officer
Kara Rhoades is a vice president of the bank as well as the internal auditor. In this role, Kara provides an efficient assurance of the bank’s safety, risk framework, credit standards, and business strategies. She graduated in 2007 from Fort Lewis College with a BA in accounting.
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer Travis Cossitt leads the organization’s operational and strategic initiatives. Travis has over a decade of experience consulting for Fortune 500s including Accenture, Freddie Mac, and Western Union. He received his BS and MBA from the University of Montana, completing his graduate degree with a clerkship on the United States Senate Finance Committee. Outside the bank, Travis sits on the board of the Ouray County Community Fund. In their spare time, he and his wife Krysta enjoy skiing, hiking, and travel.
Chief Strategy Officer
Chief Strategy Officer Alexander Price has spent his career in technology. He started on the government side as the IT policy advisor and speechwriter for Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper. Alexander then moved to the business development side, working for companies in application platforms and manufacturing and restaurant automation. He has a BA in international relations and economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Northwestern University.
