Important: Our current online banking platform will be retired on 9/22. To continue accessing your accounts, all customers must re-enroll using the new system — available on desktop and mobile.

What You Can Do Now
To prepare, we recommend reviewing your current setup and gathering key info you’ll need to re-enter:
- Your CSB account numbers
- Bill Pay vendor details (addresses, amounts, etc.)
- Transfer details (amounts, frequency)
Launch Day Instructions
On September 22, visit our website to:
- Register and enroll in the new system
Have your personal or business details ready (e.g., account numbers, TIN for business accounts) - Download the updated mobile app
Business customers will be prompted to enroll in our new Business Online Banking solution.
