Brenda Fox

CEO/President

Brenda Fox, CEO/President, is responsible for the oversite of all 4 branches of the bank. She graduated from Southwestern Graduate School of Bank at SMU in 2003. Brenda also serves as a Director for CSB as well as Director for CSBO Holdings, Inc. Brenda’s career with CSB has spanned the last 25 years. Brenda believes in the community bank model and enjoys being able to help the communities that the bank serves. When she is not at the bank she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Jessica Frigetto

Chief Lending Officer

Jessica Frigetto, Chief Lending Officer, maintains the banks 45 million dollar loan portfolio and manages loan statuses. Frigetto graduated from Southwestern Graduate School of Banking in 2013. Jessica has been advancing the bank since she was sixteen years old and is enthusiastic when leading and directing the overall loan portfolio. Frigetto is also actively involved in the local 4-H program as an organizational leader, and helps her club facilitate many community service projects throughout the year. When Jessica is not at the bank she enjoys spending time with her family and their ranching and farming lifestyle.


VP of Audit

Kara Rhoades

Chief Audit Officer

Kara Rhoades is a Vice President of the bank as well as the Internal Auditor. In this role, Kara provides an efficient assurance of the banks safety, risk framework, credit standards and business strategies. Rhoades graduated in 2007 from Fort Lewis College with a BA in Accounting. Rhoades’ instruction leads the banking staff to achievable goals that expands throughout the branches.

Travis Cossitt

Chief Operations Officer

Travis Cossitt is the Chief Operations Officer at Citizen State Bank, leading the organization’s operational and strategic initiatives. Cossitt has over a decade of experience consulting for Fortune 500s including, Accenture, Freddie Mac, and Western Union. Cossitt studied and graduated from University of Montana, with an MBA completing his degree with a clerkship on the United States Senate Committee on Finance. Travis sits on the board of the Ouray County Community Fund, he and his wife Krysta enjoy skiing, hiking, and travel.
